Palamatic LITE

Palamatic offers a wide variety of pneumatic lifting and industrial manipulators to solve handling problems in any industrial business sector. We focus on ergonomic design and manufacture, combined with tailor made tooling heads, built to handle our client’s product with the care it demands.

The Palamatic LITE Vacuum Tube Lifter design manufactured from stainless steel 304 as standard, incorporates a single handed operation with a 100mm diameter lift tube giving it a range of capacity to lift between 5 – 40kg dependent on the type of vacuum generator used and the porosity of the load to be lifted.

The control head and suction foot assembly is light and easy to operate and has the benefit of all the standard Palamatic lifter safety features. When a load is gripped it cannot be released until it has landed and in case of a powder failure will allow the load to be lowered carefully to the ground.

Different control head adaptors and suction foot adaptors can be chosen to suit your application.

An optional Flexible Handle has been developed for high lifting and long reach applications

The LITE is ideal for handling Cardboard Boxes, Wooden Boards, Sheet Metal, Plastic Sacks, Paint Tins and Drums

Vacuum tube lifters are the ideal vacuum lift assist solution for box and carton handling. Whether you need to palletise, pack or stack boxes of any size the Palamatic NxG Vacuum Lifter can help.

A standard vacuum lifter can help an operator to stack cartons up to 2.5m (98″). The NxG Hi uses a telescopic control handle to allow an operator to lift from stacks of 2.75m.

Taped, strapped or open boxes present no problem to the Palamatic vacuum tube lifter.
