The volumetric roots pumps of Bora – BA series are equipped with three lobe rotors having a singular geometrical shape emphasizing the positive characteristics of this design and annulling the negative ones (i.e.: gas recirculation). Moreover, the shaft sealing is ensured by a dynamic gasket preventing any leakage.

These pumps should be used together with a primary pump increasing the total flow rate at low operating pressures and reaching a great improvement of the final pressure.

The most common applications are: farmaceutical sector, vacuum metal treatment, electrical transformer oil outgassing, food packaging.

The CBL Groups are composed of one lubricated rotary pump of the L series and one displacement pump of the B series.
The latter has rotors with 3-lobes and with a special profile which favours the positive features whilst overriding negative ones (recirculation of gases).

Furthermore, the possibility of a leak is avoided by having a hermetic seal on the shaft.

By having a displacement pump in the group, the rotary pump can achieve a better flow rate at low pressure and increases significantly the final vacuum created. The control system for the displacement pump must be installed by the user.
The most common applications are in the pharmaceutical sector, vacuum metal treatment, electrical transformer oil outgassing, food packaging.

Piston pumps may be used in the presence of moisture, and have no particular restrictions on use.
Diaphragm pumps have similar features but are built in two versions (FKM or EPDM), and may operate with certain aggressive flows.

Versions are also available (series ZA or MA box) with safety guard and intake filter for use as mobile units.
The main areas of use include: electromedical, suction cups conveyors, laboratory applications, construction, steam sterilizers and dental ovens.

This unit has been designed for applications in the building sector and for all situations in which the pump requires a collision guard or whenever the user needs a self contained unit with accessories.

The unit is composed of a metallic case for pump protection and the following accessories:

Lubricated vacuum pumps are used when the intake flow may contain moisture, or when a better final pressure is required.
These pumps may run continuously within certain pressure ranges, or connected to containers to be emptied, whose volume is sized appropriately for the pump flow rate.
Long-term use at atmospheric pressure is not recommended.
When the amount of vapour intake is considerable, we recommend using the WR versions.
The main areas of use include: vacuum packaging, thermoforming machines, glassor marble-working machines, medical equipment, food-grade pastas or clay extruders.

Compact size combined with low final pressure (Abs.) attainable are the main features of this series.
An effective damping and recovery system integral in the tank guarantees the absence of any oil vapours at the outlet.
A sealing device prevents oil from being sucked back should the pump stop under vacuum.
The intake can also be oriented by the user, thanks to a special fitting.
This series is suitable for evacuation of small closed vessels.

Dry vacuum pumps may run continuously only with clean, dry air.
Unlike other kinds of pumps, these may run at any pressure.
Maintenance is extremely simple, and consists merely of replacing the vanes and cleaning the filters.
The main areas of use include: suction cups conveyors, automatic machines, woodworking machines.
Dry rotary vane compressors have no particular restrictions on their use, except the maximum operating pressure which may not exceed the rated value, this is why we always recommend using a safety valve.

This series of compressors has the rotor installed on the shaft fixed by two bearings.
The motor is connected by a flexible coupling.
A powerful fan installed between the compressor housing and the motor ensures optimal cooling and a sturdy and compact housing protection keeps the noise level extremely low.
The compressor is equipped with a heat exchanger which reduces the temperature of the expelled air.
This series of pumps can operate at a maximum overpressure of 2.2mbar (50/60Hz) for no more than 15 minutes.

  • Protective filter at the inlet
  • Pressure relief valve
  • Heat exchanger at the exhaust
