The PalPharmaMove K9 is a powered electrical or pneumatic, counterbalanced truck for transportation of drums, boxes, IBC’s and other containers between production areas, and for transferring material into and out of application specific containment machines handling active, or highly potent compounds where operator protection is an important consideration.

The K9 basic unit consists of wheel in motor traction drive with rudder steering assembly and forward / reverse finger rocker switch. 1900mm high mast giving 1200mm stroke. Electric raise lower. Two drive controller and battery pack. White FDA approved sealing strip to cover the front face and offer GMP. Basic execution in StSt304 with 180 grit finish. 250Kgs capacity including end effector.

The PalPharmaMove M7 manual push pull trolley and straddle base is suitable for transporting drums, IBC’s, containers, bottles, boxes, sacks and autoclaves.

The basic unit consists of stacker/ straddle type mobile frame with 4 free rotating castors (2 braked). The unit is powered up/down pillar with either battery or pneumatic operation and can achieve 3.2m of stroke with a telescopic mast. The basic unit is Stainless Steel 304 with 180grit finish. The unit can achieve a capacity of up to 275kg.

The system can be powered pneumatically or electrically with no use of hydraulics. The pneumatic version is suitable for ATEX environment.

The PalPharma Mobile drum trolley includes a fixed mast and raise lower is achieved using a simple push button for accurate positioning of the drum at the correct height. The trolley is fitted with castors so that it can be easily moved from area to area.
