The new COVAL LEM series vacuum module – TWINTECH technology – is connected to the network by a single M8 connector and has all integrated functions (electro-valves, pressure regulator, vacuum switch). Two times faster than traditional multi-stage technology, this allows the user to save 50% on compressed-air costs while reducing noise level by 30 dBA.

Description

LEMAX is a new mini vacuum pump integrating technologies developed by COVAL for better productivity, efficiency and energy savings. It has a wide range of applications: packaging, robotics, plastics.

For the first time LEMAX integrates technology known as ASC (Air Saving Control). It generates energy savings of between 60% and 97%, depending on the products to be handled. The ASC activates to limit energy consumption at two levels:

  • Integrated vacuum regulation: reduction of energy consumption and noise level.
  • The ASC analyses the application and adapts itself to the airtight or porous pieces in order to optimize operation and energy consumption.

A Coval innovation, the GEM series vacuum pumps integrate TWINTECH™ technology. GEM series pumps provide an “all-in-one” solution by integrating all the necessary functions, such as pressure regulator, electro pilots, valves, vacuum switch, silencers in a single compact module. The M12 connector radically simplifies installation and use.

The GEM series pumps are available in:

  • 2 vacuum levels: 60% and 90%
  • 5 nozzle diameters (1,2 ; 1,5 ; 2,0 ; 2,5 et 3,0 mm).

Traditional single or multi-stage vacuum pump must be equipped with additional peripheral modules necessary for it to function: solenoid-pilots, valve and electronic circuit, supply pressure regulator; vacuum switch, which penalize the size, weight, connections and the overall cost of the vacuum system. The COVAL TWINTECH allows integration of all these functions into a single compact lightweight module. The installation is radically simplified: no more peripheral components to be selected, ordered or installed. An immediate connection to circuits is possible thanks to the M12 connection. The GVMAXSP345V3/V3R series of vacuum pumps feature the TWINTECH™ technology combining Intelligence and Integration. These pumps provide an “all-in-one” solution integrating all the required functions, such as pressure regulators, controls, valves, vacuum regulation, powerful integrated blow-off, object presence detection by vacuum switch, and silencer in a single, compact, lightweight module. The M12 connections dramatically simplify installation and use.

They are available in two versions:

  • GVMAXSP345V3: non-adjustable vacuum switch (factory configured)
  • GVMAXSP345V3R: adjustable vacuum switch

With GVMAXV2-2 and GVMAXV2-2R, COVAL offers two solutions on a single standard electrical GVMAX base pump.
These pumps offer an ‘all in one solution’ by integrating all the necessary functions, pilots, valves, vacuum regulation, blow-off, object presence thanks to vacuum switch and silencer in a compact and light weight single module.

The M12 connectors radically simplify the installation and utilization. They are available in two versions and compatible with the safety of the automat:

  • GVMAXV2-2: Non-adjustable vacuum switch (factory settings)
  • GVMAXV2-2R : Adjustable vacuum switch

Description

Communication between both elements, electronic vacuum switch and gripping valve control, allows compressed air consumption to be regulated, and in particular significantly reduced. This range of vacuum pumps is strongly recommended for gripping airtight objects, holding, and for medium or long cycles. Electrically controllable blow-off is integrated for release.
